Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Shift Leader who will supervise frontline team members to deliver friendly, fast, accurate service in a clean and safe restaurant, ensuring a world-class guest experience and adherence to brand standards.

You will manage opening/closing duties, complete shift reports, monitor inventory and cash handling, and provide performance feedback to staff while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or access to transportation during shifts.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Creates a World Class Guest Experience by ensuring friendly, quick and accurate service and a positive in-store environment.
• Delivers brand standards, cleanliness and safety, including proper food handling and maintenance of facilities.
• Communicates openly with manager and team members; assigns duties and provides feedback.
• Demonstrates teamwork and assists colleagues while upholding company values.
• Performs administrative duties such as opening/closing, shift reports, and inventory/payroll entry.
