Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Shift Leader to drive a World Class Guest Experience with friendly, fast and accurate service in a clean, safe store environment.

You will lead a team, ensure brand standards, monitor cleanliness and safety, and collaborate with management. The role also covers opening/closing duties and essential administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle during shifts.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have access to a telephone 24 hours a day.
• Must be available to work assigned schedule and open/close the restaurant.
• May be required to work temporarily at other Church's Chicken locations.

Responsibilities

• Create a World Class Guest Experience by delivering friendly, quick, accurate service.
• Deliver brand standards, cleanliness and safety in all areas of the restaurant.
• Communicate openly with the manager and team members and provide feedback.
• Demonstrate teamwork and support restaurant operations to achieve goals.
• Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing, shift reports, inventory and payroll entries.
