Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience and support cinema operations.

You will handle ticketing, provide movie information, and assist guests at the concession and box office as needed. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, verifying tickets, answering questions, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth showtimes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and dependable attendance is required.
• Energetic, friendly attitude and strong guest service.
• Ability to communicate in English with diverse guests.
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, event info, and cinema details to Guests.
• Responds to phone calls and questions with professional customer service.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness in lobby, aisles, restrooms, auditoriums, and exits.
• Prepares food and operates cooking, warming, and popping equipment.
• Complies with local, state, and federal food safety laws.
• Monitors safety and security issues and reports to management.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Performs other duties as needed.
