Job summary

The Fresh Market in Knoxville, TN seeks a Guest Service Manager to lead team members, shape the guest experience, onboard new hires, and oversee key store operations with precision and a passion for excellence.

You will greet guests, coach teammates on products and services, manage inventory accuracy and front-end performance, and coordinate onboarding and training to ensure an outstanding shopping experience and strong results.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality, or 5 years of related management experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and proactively assist them with accurate and timely service
• Lead by example of hospitality, train and educate team members on products and services
• Support inventories and sales reporting, manage front end performance with audits
• Coordinate onboarding and initial training of new team members and support engagement activities
• Manage guest flow and total store operations as needed (MOD)
• Ensure an outstanding shopping experience and drive results
