Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality (or 5 years of related management)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and proactively assist with accurate and timely service
• Lead hospitality standards and educate team and guests on products and services
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues
• Support inventories and sales reporting, manage front-end performance and conduct audits
• Engage, coach, and train team members on-the-job and through internal training platforms
• Coordinate onboarding and initial training of new hires and manage guest flow to ensure a great shopping experience
