Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Guest Service Manager to lead the front-end team, drive guest experience, and oversee onboarding and store operations. This fast-paced role requires attention to detail, hospitality leadership, and a commitment to excellence to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

You will supervise guest services, conduct on-the-job training, and ensure accurate inventories and sales reporting. Flexible scheduling includes weekends and holidays to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality or 5 years in related management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and proactively assist with accurate and timely service
• Lead hospitality standards and educate team members on products and services
• Support inventories and sales reporting with routine audits
• Coach and train team members on-the-job and via internal platforms
• Coordinate onboarding and initial training of new team members and manage guest flow
• Handle total store operations or Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities
