Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality or 5 years of related management experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist them with accurate and timely service.
• Lead by example in hospitality, educate team members and guests on products and services, address guest concerns.
• Support inventories and sales reporting, manage front end performance with regular audits.
• Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job and via internal training platforms.
• Coordinate onboarding and initial training of new team members and support guest flow for an outstanding shopping experience.
• Occasionally manage total store operations or act as Manager on Duty (MOD).
