Five Below is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead Crew and drive sales while delivering the Five Below experience. You will coach frontline associates, ensure fast, friendly checkouts, and uphold brand standards in front-end operations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment, with a flexible schedule and willingness to work day/evening/weekends.

Formación

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Responsabilidades

• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Manage front end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Open and close procedures; maintain store cleanliness.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
• Coordinate with store manager on communications and merchandising procedures.
