Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership professional to drive customer service excellence and oversee front-end operations. You will train crew, ensure brand standards, and perform opening/closing duties while maintaining store readiness for guests.

The role requires prior management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility with day/evening/weekend shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• Basic store operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leads the assigned store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Trains and coaches crew members on the BEST customer service experience.
• Manages front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Oversees opening/closing procedures and store cleanliness.
• Performs store manager duties in absence of the Store Manager.
