The role includes participating in hiring decisions, coaching, and maintaining an inclusive, high-energy store floor. A minimum of 1 year in retail or customer-facing roles is required, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Experience in leading, mentoring or delegating with others.
• Able to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
