Job summary

You will coach team members, participate in hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty while ensuring an inclusive, high-energy guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Must be able to work varied shifts and travel not required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide ongoing technical product education to guests.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review daily business data to track progress toward sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
