Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Berkeley, CA is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to oversee in-store interactions, provide technical product education, and drive daily sales targets on the floor as part of the store leadership team.

You will coach team members, participate in hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty while ensuring an inclusive, high-energy guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Must be able to work varied shifts and travel not required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide ongoing technical product education to guests.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review daily business data to track progress toward sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
