Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and processes.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the primary language of the location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Ensure safe, high quality food is prepared and served to guests.
• Support food safety procedures including hand washing, glove changes, and temp checks.
• Assist with crew breaks, shifts, meetings, and line scheduling.
• Help develop and train frontline crew and participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with office tasks, banking, and inventory as needed.
