Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and high-quality food is prepared and served. The role also focuses on training a restaurant crew and maintaining a clean, efficient line and working environment.

The successful candidate will supervise crew performance, assist with shifts and line scheduling, and help develop future Service Leaders while contributing to office duties and overall restaurant operations.

Formación

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in and assist as needed when not busy.
• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure office supplies.
• Ensure office equipment is in working order and supplies are available.
