Job summary

Target is seeking a Service & Engagement Executive Team Leader to lead a dynamic store team and elevate guest experiences. You will recruit, train and guide hourly team members and Leaders to deliver service and sales goals while maintaining a guest-first mindset.

You will drive staffing plans, schedule adherence, and support brand promotions, ensuring smooth operations across checklanes, SCO, OPU, and drive-up options.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience (required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
• Ability to manage conflict, lead teams and hold others accountable.
• Ability to relate to all levels of the organization and drive results.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Proactiveness in adopting new technology and improving processes.
• Effective time management and prioritization in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Build a team of Guest Advocates and Leaders to exceed guest service expectations.
• Drive total store sales and profitability by aligning team goals with business priorities.
• Anticipate staffing needs and recruit for long- and short-term needs.
• Manage Leaders and ensure timely training completion and ongoing education.
• Engage in coaching conversations to promote a guest-centric culture and high performance.
