Job summary

Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to lead guest-focused teams in a fast-paced format. You will supervise Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants, ensuring outstanding guest experiences across checklanes, pickup, and store services.

You will coach, mentor, and develop team members while managing daily operations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and uphold Target’s service standards.
• Train and develop team members, ensuring consistency in operations.
• Monitor area metrics and drive improvements in guest engagement and sales.
• Lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store staff to meet store goals.
• Support store leadership with daily workload planning and safety practices.
