Job summary

Target is seeking a Service And Engagement Team Leader to guide guest experience, coach hourly team members, and drive store operations. You’ll lead frontline colleagues, ensure guest-centric service, and support daily store priorities.

You’ll collaborate with leaders to execute promotions, manage workload, analyze guest insights, and promote loyalty programs. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a commitment to inclusive, safe store environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Ability to lead and coach a team in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly environment.
• Train and coach team members to consistently meet service standards.
• Monitor area metrics and drive improvements to guest satisfaction and sales goals.
• Lead a team of hourly associates, including interviewing and performance coaching.
• Support store leadership on training, onboarding, and daily operations.
