Target is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to guide and develop a team, deliver an effortless and friendly guest experience, and drive store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train and coach team members, manage daily tasks, and ensure smooth guest interactions while supporting store promotions and loyalty initiatives. This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and a strong guest-first culture.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain a friendly, easy shopping environment.
• Lead and develop a team of associates, delegating tasks and coaching for performance.
• Monitor store operations, ensuring guests can access assistance and merchandise smoothly.
• Participate in training, onboarding, and adherence to safety and loss prevention standards.
• Support and execute store priorities, promotions, and guest engagement initiatives.
