Job summary

Target is seeking a Service & Engagement Executive Team Leader to guide Guest Advocates and Leaders in delivering exceptional guest service and driving store performance. You will recruit, train and coach teams, and manage schedules to meet peak periods while supporting a seamless in-store and digital guest experience.

You will lead staffing, training and performance management to ensure high service standards and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen; able to analyze sales data and plan workloads.

Responsibilities

• Build a team of Guest Advocates and Leaders to exceed guest service expectations.
• Drive total store sales and profitability through staffing and scheduling decisions.
• Lead training, coaching and performance management for front‑of‑store teams.
• Ensure a frictionless guest experience across checkouts, SCO, OPU and drive up.
