Qualifications

• Minimum education: N/A
• Preferred education: High School or GED
• Minimum experience: 6 months as a Guest Service Associate
• Preferred experience: 6-12 months in retail, guest service or restaurant
• Preferred licenses/certifications: ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner to make them feel welcomed and appreciated.
• Process guest transactions efficiently to minimize wait time.
• Maintain store appearance inside and out; keep coffee station, food area and bathrooms clean.
• Monitor and replenish product on the sales floor to achieve 100% in-stock.
• In Store Manager’s absence, assist with reports, ordering and banking.
• Lead by example in executing company values and policies.
• Provide training, feedback, and direction to team members as store lead.
• Assist with food preparation and safety in food service stores.
