• Minimum Education: N/A
• Preferred Education: High School or GED
• Minimum Experience: 6 months as a Guest Service Associate
• Preferred Experience: 6-12 months retail, guest service or restaurant
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a friendly manner and invite them to return.
• Process guest transactions efficiently to minimize wait time.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and stocked conditions.
• Monitor and replenish product on the sales floor and support store goals.
• In Store Manager’s absence, assist with reports, ordering and banking as needed.
• Lead by example and coach team members on service behaviors.
