Ideal candidates have prior guest service or retail experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to work varied hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in guest service or retail.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• ServSafe certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with inquiries to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Process guest transactions efficiently to minimize wait times.
• Keep store clean and in-stock, including coffee, food service area, and restrooms.
• Support Store Manager with daily operations and lead by example in service quality.
• Provide coaching and direction to team members during shifts.
