Job summary

Cumberland Farms seeks a Guest Service Leader to support store operations, greet guests, coach teammates, and lead by example in delivering excellent service. This role shares responsibilities with the Store Manager and may assume shift lead duties in their absence.

You’ll help keep the store clean, stocked, and organized, manage transactions efficiently, and uphold safety standards. The position offers both part-time and full-time hours with benefits, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months as a Guest Service Associate.
• Preferred 6–12 months retail, guest service or restaurant.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a friendly manner to make them feel welcomed and appreciated and invite them to return at a later date.
• Process guest transactions in an efficient and friendly manner to minimize guest wait time.
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store, coffee station, food service area, and restrooms.
• Monitor and replenish product on the sales floor to ensure in-stock levels.
• In Store Manager’s absence, complete Manager’s reports, product ordering and banking as needed.
• Lead by example in execution of company values and policies.
• Provide training, feedback, coaching and direction to fellow team members.
