Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to join our store leadership team in South Windsor, CT. You will lead floor teams, deliver outstanding guest experience, and develop team members in line with our values and directives.

You’ll coach, hire, and schedule, manage performance, and partner with managers on data-driven planning, visual merchandising, store operations, and safety. A minimum of 1 year in people management and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year leadership experience, including experience managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willingness to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing guest connection and product education and coaching
• Provide retail floor leadership and make in-the-moment decisions for efficient floor coverage
• Resolve guest feedback and address escalations to make it right for guests
• Partner with managers to review data (P&L, planning) to inform hiring and strategy
• Maintain product presentation/merchandising and open/close store procedures
• Ensure safety policies are understood and followed
