Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing business operations and administration.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and provide coaching and feedback.
• Manage guest experience and address escalations to ensure a high-quality store experience.
• Review store data and assist in planning, scheduling, and budget considerations.
• Open and close the store following procedures and maintain safety.
