The role emphasizes leadership, performance management, and collaboration with the Store Manager to achieve store goals while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year people management experience.
• Must have 1 year leadership experience, including managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes.
• Experience in a retail or service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members.
• Create an inclusive team culture and ensure a high-quality guest experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to plan, recruit, and coach the team; manage performance and development.
