Job summary

lululemon in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest receives a quality in-store experience. You will oversee or provide technical product education, articulate our brand value, and work as part of the store leadership to drive daily sales and guest satisfaction.

You’ll lead on the floor as Supervisor on Duty, participate in hiring and coaching, and help create an inclusive, energetic environment where team members grow and guests feel welcomed.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to drive guest experience and store performance.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and hands-on demonstrations to team members.
• Assist in store hiring processes, onboarding, and training.
• Ensure open/close procedures are followed and store readiness maintained.
