Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a Guest Service Leader to support store operations and lead by example, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role includes greeting guests, processing transactions, maintaining a clean and stocked store, and stepping in as a store lead when the manager is absent. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for both part-time and full-time teammates are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in guest service or retail.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and leadership by example.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and invite return visits.
• Process transactions efficiently to minimize guest wait time.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocked shelves, including coffee and food areas.
• Monitor inventory and keep product levels full to meet guest demand.
• In Store Manager’s absence, assist with reports, orders, and banking as needed.
• Lead by example in line with company values and policies.
• Provide coaching to team members and support operations.
