Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Guest Service Manager in Clearwater, FL. This role leads team members, curates the guest experience, and oversees onboarding and key store operations to ensure a superior shopping experience.

You will train staff, manage front-end processes, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining accurate inventories. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• 5 years of related management experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and proactively assist them with accurate and timely service.
• Be the leading example of hospitality and train team members on products and services.
• Support accurate inventories and sales reporting with front-end audits.
• Coordinate onboarding and initial training of newly hired team members; onboard and engage staff.
• Manage guest flow to ensure an outstanding shopping experience and drive results.
• Occasionally assume total store operations or Manager on Duty (MOD).
