Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to lead front-end operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. You will manage guest flow, cash operations, and cashier support while upholding brand standards.

With 2+ years in retail or hospitality, you’ll train teammates, handle merchandising, and maintain sanitation at the front end. The role requires flexibility, weekend availability, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible example of hospitality, educating guests and team members on products and services.
• Direct frontend guest flow and support cashiers to deliver frictionless checkout experiences.
• Execute and uphold cash office procedures and controls (cash, keys, and safe).
• Direct the guest service team to maintain sanitation and cleanliness at the front end and restrooms.
• Support execution of digital fulfillment orders with speed and accuracy.
