Job summary

The Salema Group Dunkin’ is seeking a guest-focused leader to deliver exceptional service, train and develop a high-performing team, and own the guest experience in a fast-paced store. You’ll lead by example, ensuring speed, accuracy, and friendliness while upholding brand standards.

As a store leader, you’ll manage daily operations, scheduling, payroll, and costs, build a strong leadership pipeline, and drive growth by analyzing sales trends and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of food service management experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and team development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
