The Salema Group Dunkin’ is seeking a motivated, hands-on leader to guide a busy Dunkin’ location in Exeter, NH. You’ll lead the guest experience, build a strong team, and own daily operations from scheduling to cost control.

You’ll set expectations, coach staff, and drive performance on the floor. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in food-service management, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of food service management experience required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience with a guest-first culture focused on speed, accuracy, and friendliness.
• Develop & lead your team, train, coach, and build a leadership pipeline.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, and compliance on a daily basis.
• Manage labor, food cost, and operating expenses while driving growth.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust operations to meet targets.
