Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer experience.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework.
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist teammates when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and drive store performance toward sales goals.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to peers to foster growth.
