Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest receives a quality in-store experience through technical product education and a personalised approach. The role is part of the store leadership team and drives performance on the floor to meet daily sales targets.

You will participate in hiring, mentor teammates, and act as Supervisor on Duty, maintaining inclusive, high-energy service and operational excellence during shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and provide technical product education, assisting guests when needed.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs.
• Conduct preparation activities to ensure in-store readiness and operational excellence during shifts.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review daily business data to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, onboarding, and training.
• Provide direct feedback and mentorship to team members to support learning and development.
• Create a respectful and inclusive team environment and engage with team members to maintain a productive workplace.
