The candidate will participate in hiring, coaching, and developing teammates, while maintaining store readiness and operational excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring or delegating with others.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and team members.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review daily data and motivate the team toward sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training.
• Offer feedback and coaching to peers to support development.
