Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience and to lead from the floor with strong product education. This role is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving performance toward daily sales targets and for input on hiring and coaching.

You will oversee guest interactions, guide team members, and help maintain an inclusive, high-energy store environment with a focus on exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer experience.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Review daily metrics and motivate the team to hit sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Provide feedback and recognition to team members.
• Create an inclusive, respectful team environment.
