Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive an outstanding in-store guest experience by delivering technical product education and leading the floor team. You will influence daily sales performance, act as Supervisor on Duty, and participate in hiring and onboarding to build a strong, inclusive team.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, with focus on guest satisfaction and store operations.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of retail or customer experience and ability to navigate difficult conversations.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others is preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the store's country is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences and provide technical product education.
• Oversee daily sales performance and act as Supervisor on Duty when needed.
• Assist in store recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members to support development.
• Help create an inclusive, collaborative team environment and maintain store readiness.
