lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest enjoys a quality in-store experience. You will lead on the floor, provide technical product education, and drive store performance with your team to meet daily sales targets.

As part of the store leadership, you will participate in hiring, coach associates, and supervise the floor as Supervisor on Duty, maintaining an inclusive, dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Lead from the floor as the Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
• Oversee or provide technical product education to articulate the value of our product and brand to meet guest needs.
