Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by delivering product education and leading the floor team. You will act as Supervisor on Duty, open/close the store, and drive performance toward sales targets while mentoring staff.

You will participate in hiring decisions, provide in-the-moment coaching, and maintain an inclusive, energetic store environment. Strong guest focus and 1 year of retail experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience, including resolving guest concerns
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Ability to travel to assigned store and adapt to store needs

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional and inclusive guest experiences.
• Provide ongoing product education to guests and assist teammates during busy periods.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and open/close the store per procedures.
• Review daily data and motivate the team to hit sales targets.
• Participate in hiring processes and onboarding
• Give direct feedback and support team development
• Foster a respectful, collaborative, and productive work environment
• Ensure readiness and operational excellence throughout shifts
