Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest receives a high‑quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education and guidance. You will lead on the floor as Supervisor on Duty, drive daily sales goals, and support hiring decisions and staff development.

You will participate in store leadership, coordinate with teammates, and maintain store readiness throughout shifts while promoting inclusivity and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education and guidance to guests.
• Assist in hiring decisions and training new team members.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Monitor daily metrics to drive sales and performance.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty when needed.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment.
