Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience and provide technical product education
• Review daily data and motivate the team to hit sales goals
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding, and training
• Provide direct feedback and recognition to team members to support development
• Open and close the store following procedures
• Ensure in-store readiness and operational excellence across shifts
