Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead the store team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will coach, mentor, and manage team members on the floor, ensuring a culture of belonging aligned with lululemon values.

You will partner with the Store Manager on hiring, development, and operational execution, including greeting guests, product education, and daily store readiness. This role requires flexible scheduling and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
• 1 year of people management experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience in operations and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor to build and develop team members and culture.
• Provide retail floor leadership and ensure efficient coverage and operations.
• Address guest feedback and escalations, and make it right.
• Review business data and labor planning to inform decisions and hiring.
