lululemon seeks a Guest Experience Lead to champion an exceptional in-store experience through technical product education and floor leadership. You will guide the team on the sales floor, drive daily targets, and serve as Supervisor on Duty when needed.

You will support inclusive, high‑caliber guest interactions, assist in hiring and coaching, and uphold lululemon’s standards. Strong guest focus and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Experience supporting diverse teams and guest interactions

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life on the floor as Supervisor on Duty
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist teammates when needed
• Review daily data and help meet sales goals
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment
