Job summary

lululemon seeks a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest enjoys a high‑quality in‑store experience. You will lead from the floor, deliver technical product education, and help tailor recommendations to each guest’s needs.

As part of the store leadership team, you will drive daily sales, participate in hiring, coach teammates, and foster an inclusive, energetic environment where colleagues grow and guests feel welcome.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Legal right to work in the country of the store and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience framework on the floor to deliver inclusive, high‑caliber service.
• Provide technical product education and tailor recommendations to guests' needs.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty, manage opening/closing procedures, and oversee shift readiness.
• Review daily metrics to drive sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing coaching of team members.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative team environment and strong guest connections.
