Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to guide in-store interactions and ensure a high-caliber guest experience. The role sits on the store leadership team, driving on-floor performance and assisting with sales targets while coaching team members.

As part of the leadership ensemble, you will provide technical product education, participate in hiring and onboarding, and promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience, e.g., guest resolution and difficult conversations.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Availability to travel to assigned store if required.

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life from the floor as a Supervisory on Duty.
• Provide ongoing technical product education to ensure every guest understands product value.
• Lead from the floor to drive store performance toward daily sales/units targets.
• Contribute to hiring decisions, onboarding, and team development.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative and productive team environment.
