Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest receives a high-quality in-store experience, overseeing technical product education and leading the floor as part of the store leadership team.

The role drives store performance through guest experience and team achievement of daily sales targets, participates in hiring, provides feedback and coaching, and supports a respectful, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist teammates when needed
• Open/close the store and ensure daily operational readiness
• Review daily data to drive sales and coach the team
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment
