Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, training teammates, hiring input, and guiding guest resolution to uphold the lululemon service standard. This role requires 1 year of retail experience and leadership tendencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail or customer service.
• Experience leading or mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess guest connection and provide technical product education to all guests.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to meet business needs.
• Open and close the store according to procedures and ensure store readiness.
• Review daily metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members to support their development.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team and a productive work environment.
