Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education and leading the store floor. You will drive sales goals, supervise duty coverage, and contribute to hiring and training.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education and assist guests when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to manage store operations and guest needs.
• Ensure store readiness and maintain operational excellence on shift.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Review daily metrics to motivate the team toward sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and team training.
• Offer direct feedback and recognize team performance in real time.
• Foster an inclusive, productive, and fun team environment.
