Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest enjoys a quality in-store experience. You will lead from the floor, provide technical product education, and collaborate with the store leadership team to meet daily sales targets and drive performance.

You will participate in hiring, coach colleagues, and foster an inclusive, enjoyable environment while balancing operations and guest needs. Strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• 1 year retail or customer experience and some leadership experience.
• Ability to travel to assigned store, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework.
• Provide technical product education and mentor team members.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance feedback.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and productive store environment.
