The Salema Group is seeking a motivated, hands‑on leader to head a Dunkin’ location. You’ll bring out the best in your people while creating an experience that keeps guests coming back. You lead by example, develop your team, and own results from guest experience to store performance.

We offer competitive pay with a monthly bonus potential, 401(k), PTO and health benefits. Expect 40–50 hours weekly, with 5–6 days and weekend/holiday shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of food service management experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and team development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience with a guest-first culture focused on speed, accuracy, and friendliness.
• Develop and lead your team through training, coaching, and clear expectations.
• Drive operations by ensuring brand standards, safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Own the business by monitoring labor, costs, sales trends, and KPI targets.
