Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing team and deliver best-in-class hospitality at our Atlanta venue. You will coach staff, monitor service standards, and ensure every guest experience is exceptional.

This role requires opening/closing procedures, shift management, hiring and scheduling, and developing team members. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience by setting daily standards for service and hospitality.
• Coach front of house team members and drive engagement.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, shifts, and scheduling.
• Support hiring and onboarding, and monitor safety compliance.
